I had a pleasant stay with excellent staff, particularly Zoe, who provided great local recommendations. The breakfast was delightful and offered a good variety. the street noise at night was disruptive, and the bathroom felt a bit cramped, affecting overall comfort.

I loved the cozy vibe of my compact room and the tasty breakfast options each morning. The pool and spa facilities were just what I needed to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a heads-up, there wasn't much space to store my clothes, but overall it was a lovely stay! 😊

The view from the fifth floor overlooking the River Ness was a highlight, providing a serene backdrop for relaxation. Breakfast had an ample selection, catering to various tastes. service in the bar left much to be desired. the unusual request to leave due to cleaning was disappointing. Though the room was comfortable, the coordination and communication with the bar staff could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

The Mercure's breakfast had those cheeky Jimmy Dean sandwiches that made mornings sing! Plus, the location is spot on—right near the best local eateries like The Kitchen Brasserie and Johnny Foxes. Got to love it!...

The location is unbeatable, right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The room was clean and modern, with a very comfortable bed, perfect for a business traveler needing a good night's sleep. the noise from outside was quite distracting at night, and the parking situation can be a bit tricky.
